HTC in UHI
The University of the Highlands and Islands comprises 13 colleges and research institutions. HTC is one of the smallest but ‘punches well above its weight’.
Procurement
Highland Theological College UHI works with Advanced Procurement for Universities and Colleges (APUC), to support the development of advanced procurement across the further and higher education sector in Scotland. In recognition of this support and in order to fully comply with Scottish Government Procurement Policies and European Procurement Legislation, a range of policies and procedures in this area are under development. For contracts over £50,000.00 we utilise the Scottish Government advertising portal, Public Contracts Scotland, a link to which can be found below.
In accordance with the Procurement Reform Act 2014, we will be publishing our Contracts Register on 18 April 2016. In addition any contract opportunity over £50,000.00 will published via the Scottish Government advertising portal, Public Contracts Scotland (PCS).
